Frequently Asked Questions

Are There Rain Dates?
The Un-Lucky Inn runs rain or shine. Please dress for the weather. Most of the event takes place inside; however, the line and some sections of the tour are outdoors, and the Inn is not heated.

Is it Scary? Will Things Jump Out at Me?
You bet it's scary. We do our absolute best to terrify you and your friends. Imagine being inside an abandoned Inn that at one time secretly housed the most criminally insane and then years later became an Inn where people checked in, but never checked out. Our goal is to make you scared. Really scared. And yes, it's possible that someone (or something?) might be lurking inside one of those empty, dark cells you keep walking past.

Does anyone touch you?
That is an often asked question, and no our actors will not touch you and we ask that you do not touch our actors or props throughout the attraction. As we said, our ACTORS will not touch you.

Are there any age restrictions?
Un-Lucky Inn is recommended for anyone who loves a good scare! Children under 10 should be accompanied by an adult. You know your child better than we do so we will let you decide whether they should go through. Carrying young children through is NOT recommended. There are no refunds if anyone decides not to finish the haunt. There are many emergency exits located throughout the haunts in case anyone is too scared to finish!

For those children who would prefer to have a "Fright Free" experience, you can come to the Un-Lucky Inn from 6:30pm to 7:30pm on Friday and Saturday.

What if I am too SCARED to continue?
We've got your back. Our premier attraction is designed with exit hallways for this reason, just ask and you will be escorted out, but don't forget there is no re-entry and no refunds.

Can I attend the Un-Lucky Inn if I am pregnant or have other health risks?
Un-Lucky Inn is a high startle, high intensity event featuring strobe lights, fog, loud noises, and electrical effects that can affect pacemakers, other implanted medical devices and those prone to seizures. Visitors who are pregnant or who have certain health conditions should check with their physician before attending the event.

How many people can go through at once in a group?
In order to get the best experience throughout the Un-Lucky Inn, you will travel inside our walls in groups of 8.

Can we be thrown out of the attraction for any reason?
Yes. We do not allow touching of our actors or props, foul language, pushing,
vulgar behavior, or alcohol. We have a list of rules, and if they are broken
you will be removed and or prosecuted. If asked to leave there will be no
refunds.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
No. And they are not allowed on the premises

Can we Take photos?
NO! Photography of any sort is strictly prohibited in our haunt!

What Can't we bring inside the haunts?
If you have to ask, it is better to leave it in the car or at home. The Un-Lucky Inn staff is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, high quality haunting event for every visitor. Therefore we ask that there be NO food, drinks, lighters, book bags, weapons of any kind, pepper spray, pocket knives, cameras, laser pointers, and flashlights! Cell phones and lighters may NOT be used to light your way through and will subject you to removal with no refund.

Does the Un-Lucky Inn accept Credit Cards?
No. Tickets are purchased at the event with cash or check. Thank you.

How can I be a Volunteer or Actor?
